II. No Online Checkout
This website does not operate a shopping cart and does not process payments. No credit card, debit card, bank, or digital wallet information is collected anywhere on this site.
Materials are supplied by private order request. Submitting a request through the order request form or by email constitutes an enquiry only. It is not an order, not an offer capable of acceptance, and creates no obligation on either party. A binding agreement arises only when we issue a written quotation and you confirm acceptance of it in writing.
Where an order proceeds, payment arrangements are made directly between you and Reta Research LLC outside this website. Any communication purporting to collect payment details on our behalf through this website is not authorised by us.
III. Research Use Only
All products supplied by Reta Research LLC are for laboratory research and analytical testing only. They are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices, and are not for human or animal consumption or for any diagnostic or therapeutic application. We take reasonable care to ensure that specifications, analytical figures, and availability shown on this website are accurate. Specifications may nevertheless vary between lots. The certificate of analysis supplied with your shipment is the authoritative record for the material you receive, and takes precedence over any figure published on this website.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update specifications, and change or withdraw products without prior notice.
VI. Customer Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for determining the suitability of any product for their research purposes. Reta Research LLC does not guarantee that any product will meet the specific needs of a purchaser's research objectives. Buyers assume full responsibility for compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards relating to the acquisition, storage, transport, and use of any materials obtained from us.

Order processing, shipping procedures, and delivery timeframes are described on our Shipping & Returns page. By confirming an order you acknowledge and agree to the terms described there. We supply within the United States only.
VIII. Returns and Replacement
Because the integrity of research materials cannot be verified once they have left our control, all sales are final and returns and exchanges are not accepted. If an order arrives damaged in transit or an incorrect item is received, you must notify us within five (5) business days of delivery. IX. Limitation of Liability
All products are supplied "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or suitability for specific research applications.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reta Research LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the acquisition, handling, storage, or use of products obtained through this website.
