No. A request is an enquiry. Nothing proceeds until you review our reply and confirm you want to go ahead.

No payment details are collected anywhere on this website. Once you approve a quote, we arrange payment with you directly by email. If a page ever asks you for card details in our name, it is not us.

Describe it in the notes field of your request. We will tell you honestly whether we can source it to the same documentation standard, and decline if we cannot.

Yes. Ask in your request and we will include the certificate for the current batch in our reply.

Not automatically. A certificate is generated for every batch, and we send it whenever you ask — with your order or at any point afterward. Most clients review it on a first order and do not want it attached to every repeat order, so we provide it on request rather than by default.

Yes. Certificates are generated per batch and reference the lot number printed on your vial. We do not reuse a certificate from an earlier batch. Ask for the one covering your lot at any time.

Purity by reverse-phase HPLC and identity by mass spectrometry, performed by third-party laboratories. Full detail is on the Standards page.

No. We do not provide reconstitution procedures, concentrations, dosing information, or administration guidance of any kind. Determining suitability for your protocol is your responsibility. Requests for this information may result in an order being declined.

Storage conditions are listed on each product page and on the label. Generally, keep lyophilised material at −20 °C and protected from light; hold reconstituted material at 2–8 °C.

Within the United States only. We do not accept or fulfil international orders.

No. Because research materials cannot be verified once they have left our control, all sales are final. The exception is damage in transit or an incorrect item — see below.

Notify us within five (5) business days of delivery with photographs and your lot number. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at our discretion.

Send us your analytical data. If material does not meet the specification on its certificate, we will replace or refund it.

Clients who are at least 18 years of age and qualified to work with research chemicals — meaning you have the expertise, equipment, and facilities to store and handle them safely and lawfully.

No. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices. They are not approved for human or animal use in any form, and are supplied strictly for laboratory research and analytical testing.

Yes. We decline requests that appear inconsistent with legitimate research purposes, including any enquiry suggesting human or animal use, and we reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion.
