Description
This pairing supplies two peptides as separate lyophilised material, not premixed, each with its own analytical documentation.
CJC-1295 without DAC — also called modified GRF (1-29) — is an analogue of the first 29 residues of growth hormone-releasing hormone, with substitutions that resist enzymatic degradation. The “no DAC” designation matters: the DAC (Drug Affinity Complex) variant carries a maleimidoproprionic acid group that binds albumin and substantially extends half-life. This product is the variant without that modification, and the two are not interchangeable in a protocol.
Ipamorelin is a pentapeptide with the sequence Aib-His-D-2-Nal-D-Phe-Lys-NH₂.
CAS numbers and masses for both are listed above.
